UPDATE: Thanks for another great Coffee Talk today! Thirty people joined us for a conversation on death and dying and we raised $228 and sold a few t-shirts.

Join us for Coffee Talk today at 10 a.m. at Indaba Coffee where our panelists will discuss “The Wonder of the End.”

Panelists this month are:

Rev. Andy CastroLang, who wrote, “It’s OK to talk about death.”

Rev. Martin Elfert, who wrote, “The difficult blessing of death.”

Rev. Liv Larson Andrews who wrote, “As we pray.”

And our first ever pagan panelist, Julia Hayes, who wrote, “When Death Came Calling: A family’s encounter with Leukemia.”

Tracy Simmons is an award winning journalist specializing in religion reporting, digital entrepreneurship and social journalism. In her 15 years on the religion beat, Simmons has tucked a notepad in her pocket and found some of her favorite stories aboard cargo ships in New Jersey, on a police chase in Albuquerque, in dusty Texas church bell towers, on the streets of New York and in tent cities in Haiti.
