The Spokane Interfaith Council will continue its six-month Spokane religious landscape tour on April 21 at the Davenport Hotel by introducing the local Baha'i community.

Last weekend Spokane Faith & Values had a booth at Unity in the Community and I got to meet several new readers. Someone asked me if Spokane has a Baha’i community. I explained to him that there is actually a pretty active Baha’i community here.

BRIEF: Spokane Baha’is to celebrate birth of Bahá’u’lláh

On Nov. 11 Spokane area Bahá’ís will celebrate the birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the prophet-founder of the faith, with a community potluck.

The celebration will be 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the North Spokane Library, 44 E Hawthorne Road.
