Salem Lutheran Church vandalized, community invited to help cleanup

05/16/17Salem Lutheran, located in Spokane’s West Central neighborhood, was badly vandalized sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning with damage done to the sanctuary, sacristy, Fireside Room, main office, and community room, according to Pastor Liv Larson Andrews. I sit in awe that during the same period of time that a group of progressives are preparing for a “Coffee Talk” on racism and prejudice another person or group is painting a swastika on a wall at a Jewish synagogue in Spokane.
