Every day in news and social media there are new stories regarding what is happening inside faith communities, and every day it raises the question for many, “Why bother staying in this thing called ‘church’?”

And I'm not referring just to my portion of it, but to the entire Christian church – Christ's people. We don't want to listen to Him. In fact, I'm pretty sure most Christians don't know how.

I was burdened and filled with questions of love. I went to Wall Street to ask the men of money my questions.

Once again, from my right-thinking-sound-doctrine-I’ve-got-it-all-figured-out position of superiority I thought, the church is messed up! And instantly I heard the Holy Spirit say in my heart, “This is my church.”

Every day I find stories on the Internet that question, insult or misrepresent some facet of the Christian faith. And, being a thin-skinned believer, I hear these stories begging me for an answer or a solution.

Dear Christian, God gets to say who gets into the Kingdom of God, not man.
