There are no specific guidelines as to how to raise our children within The Science of Mind. We raise our children to believe they are unique manifestations of God. As parents, we support our children in discovering the inherent gifts they have to bring to the world and encourage them to respect all beings and traditions.

Religious Science teaches that there is a primordial creative force from which all creation emanates, not a God in the Old Testament sense. The Big Bang theory is as good an explanation as any I’ve heard, and actually better than most.

We, as a teaching, are pretty liberal and we know “whatsoever you believe is true for you,” i.e. a Christian will go to heaven and a Hindu will continue to be reborn until enlightenment is achieved and then enter Nirvana.

Heaven and Hell are both states of being (or consciousness) in the present moment.

Our services are uplifting, but then I am partial to the service we have created.

Students and practitioners of the Science of Mind begin like any scientist with a curiosity, a question, study and do the research needed to bring them to a hypothesis, continue doing the research needed to determine for themselves the validity of the hypothesis, and ultimately build a foundation of faith in the hypothesis.
