Immaculate Heart Retreat Center’s Advent Weekend Retreat entitled “Walking with Mary through the Advent Season” will be held on Dec. 19-21. This retreat will be lead by the REv. Armand Nigro, and Sister Sharon Bongiorno.
According to a press release, this retreat consists of guided sessions on the mysteries of the season of Christmas, especially as revealed through the work of God in relation to Mary.
Nigro and Sister Sharon will conduct private spiritual direction, along with the celebration of the sacraments, Eucharistic adoration, and quiet time for contemplation, writing, thinking, meditation and prayer
The weekend begins after registration on Friday at 6 p.m. and extends through lunch on Sunday. Retreat cost is $185 for singles or $280 for couples and $100 for commuters. (Scholarships are available.) Register at (509) 448-1224, or at www.ihrc.net. Early registration is recommended.
