There's a proposal by City Councilman Mike Fagan to regulate Spokane's bikini baristas. He wants a minimum clothing regulation enforced, or wants them moved to zoned “adult business” areas.

Sue, on Facebook, said: Sex sells… EVERYTHING! It’s a miss use and understanding of a God-given treasure and sadly a tale as old as time. Since there is no longer value attached to this predominantly religious concept, how can we protect it? It’s funny how when you become a parent you would kill to protect your children’s innocence. But, for some reason society easily dismisses this form of abusive behavior toward each other if you can’t readily see the scars. Should not be taken lightly, in my opinion.
