Festival of Arts coming to West Central

Art and arists will be celebrated Sept. 21-28 at Salem Lutheran Church for the Festival of Arts in West Central.

An opening night celebration begins Sept. 21 at 6 p.m. for $5 and will include hors d'oeuvres, wine and a live auction.
