The Spokane NAACP is sponsoring a series of virtual sessions for parents and youth.

The sessions are designed to help families learn to manage emotions, set goals, avoid peer pressures, make better decisions, and create better relationships.

Thursdays, 7 to 8 p.m., Jan. 21, 28; Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25; March 4.
