Our Unavoidable Interdependence!

Dr. Russell Kolts is a local clinical psychologist, EWU faculty member, and author known for his work in Compassion Focused Therapies (CFT). As founder of Inland Northwest Compassionate Mind Center, he is dedicated to supporting positive change in individuals and communities through the intentional development of compassionate states of mind and compassionate action. Dr. Kolts will join the Unitarian Universalist Monday Night Meditation group for a talk on the interdependence of humanity and how kindness helps both ourselves and others. An animated and engaging speaker, please join us for an evening of personal exploration of our interconnected being. All are welcome (no pre-requisites and free of charge)!
