Know Your Rights: Police Interactions

Thursday, July 29, 6 to 7 p.m., training at Morning Star Baptist Church, 3909 W Rowan Ave., Spokane.

Civil Rights attorneys Jeffry Finer, Andrew Biviano, and a former law enforcement officer will help participants understand their rights when encountering law enforcement, including when and how an officer can arrest or detain an individual.

Attendees who register and attend, on zoom or in person, will be entered to win a Body Camera.

Rules for drawing:
1. Register before the meeting
2. Attend the meeting (winner will be announced during the event)
3. Winner must be within Spokane County limits for delivery
4. Both Zoom and in-person attendees are eligible
