This Holy Week retreat will focus on the Passion Narratives in each of the four Gospels. Each evangelist has a particular emphasis in telling the story of Jesus’ final hours. The conferences will describe these emphases to help retreatants reflect prayerfully on these four stories of Jesus’ passion and death. This retreat is silent.

**Bio – Father Leslie Hoppe, OFM**
Leslie J. Hoppe, O.F.M. is a priest of the Assumption BVM Province of the Order of Friars Minor (Franciscans). He is the Carroll Stuhlmueller Distinguished Professor of Old Testament Studies at Catholic Theological Union of Chicago. He is the author of many articles and several books on Old Testament topics and biblical archaeology and goes regularly to the Holy Land for to study archeological excavations. He is a past president of the Catholic Biblical Association of America and in the General Editor of the Catholic Biblical Quarterly.
