Community invited to participate in meditation marathon

Yoga_Meditation_Pos-410pxThe Spokane Buddhist Temple, 927 S. Perry, will host the Second Annual Spokane Meditation Marathon next month.

The marathon will begin at 7 p.m. Sept. 19 and continue until 9 p.m. Sept. 20. The temple will be open for 26 hours (like a marathon, which is 26 miles).

The Spokane community is invited to join in and learn about different styles of mediation, and/or to come and support world peace by participating. The meditation marathon will also be celebrating the International Peace Day and the Fall Equinox.
