
Coffee and Contemplation, a spiritual discussion and prayer event for people of all denominations held monthly at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center, continues in April with Jerry Sittser, professor at Whitworth University and best-selling author.
The topic will be “The Big Story and the Little Story” on April 16. It will focus on how to read our own stories redemptively by understanding them in light of the “big story” of redemption, according to a press release.

Tracy Simmons is an award-winning journalist specializing in religion reporting and digital entrepreneurship. She also writes for The Spokesman-Review and national publications. She is a Scholarly Assistant Professor of Journalism at Washington State University.
