Out of 55 organizations that were certfied this year as a top Christian workplace, nine of them are in Washington state.
The results are based on employees satisfaction levels, which overall are up this year, according to the Best Christian Worksplaces Institute.
The institute announced today that employers are finding more meaning in their work than they did a year ago.
“Engaged employees have high levels of energy and are enthusiastically immersed in their work with a higher level of investment in their role,” the release reads. “Higher employee engagement is a lever for organizational performance.”

- CRISTA Senior Living — Seattle
- King’s Schools — Seattle
- Rescue Mission — Tacoma
- Seattle Urban Academy — Seattle
- World Concern — Seattle
