Young adults ages 18-29 interested in learning more about Buddhism are invited to Sravasti Abbey June 20-27.

The annual “Young Adults Exploring Buddhism” program, led by Venerable Thubten Chodron and the other abbey nuns, teaches bout the Buddha, meditation and monastic life.

According to an announcement, the course includes meditation instruction and practice, teachings, Dharma discussions, and offering service outdoors in gardens, meadows, and woodlands.
