Christ Kitchen seeks artists

Christ Kitchen is seeking local artists willing to donate artwork to its 2012 annual luncheon, which will be held Oct. 29.

The theme of the event will be Living Water, based on the story of the Samaritan woman at the well (John 4).

Christ Kitchen is asking area artists to interpret the theme through paintings, drawings, sculpture, weavings, jewelry, beadwork, greeting cards, cross stitch, bookmarks, Bible covers, tattoos, t-shirts, photos, quilts, scrapbooks or purses.

All submissions should be entered by Oct. 15.

Christ Kitchen employs and trains disenfranchised women for the work force.

For information contact Christ Kitchen at (509) 325-4343 or email sales@christkitchen.org.
