VIEWPOINTS: Does peace equal submission?

In her book, "Being a Muslim: Inner Peace Via Submission" Esen Celik writes that one finds peace when they submit their mind, heart and actions to God's will.

Others find peace through daily, independent mindfulness practices

Googling "finding inner peace" brings more than 9 million results. Is it really as simple as Celik says — submitting?
