Ad_House_SPO_ask-a-religion-scientist_091013Q. Does the New Thought movement believe in any absolute truth?

A. “We believe in God…one, indestructible, absolute, and self-existent Cause.” We believe that God is not a separate presence, but rather a creative force that moves in through and as all creation but is not absorbed by its creation. We believe that there is love (the ever-giving nature of God) and law which “receives the direct impress of our thought and operates upon it.” (From “What We Believe” by Ernest Holmes)
